Projects are private spaces for individual users to upload and explore their own data sets. Each Project operates separately from shared workspaces.
Workspaces are collaborative and shared; Projects are private and personal. Files you upload to a Project are not visible to other users.
Only you. Project data is not shared with anyone unless explicitly exported or moved to a workspace.
Yes. You can re-upload files to different environments, depending on your permissions. As an Interact user, you can download files through the citations feature in chat when you ask questions within a workspace/knowledge base, then upload to your individual Project. As a Manage User, you can move/re-upload files to any of your Projects, as well as whichever workspace you have Manage control over.
You can name Projects in whichever manner that is most intuitive for your company, whether that be by topic, department, etc., for easy navigation. Within the Projects tab you can sort through your projects by Name and updated ascending and descending.
Deleting a Project permanently removes all associated files, conversations, and data indexes.
No. Privacy is a hallmark of QuerySmithâ„¢ - you control who sees your projects and the underlying service prevents Admins from accessing your content.
